Metro Reconstruction Services, Inc. has been in business since 1982, working out of Boulder across the entire Front Range and the Colorado mountain communities.
Over four decades we have worked on nearly everything Colorado builds: high end residential and commercial remodels, luxury custom homes, agricultural and equestrian buildings, multi family communities, and a great deal of damage mitigation. That range is the point. A contractor who only installs one product will always tell you the answer is that product.
We offer in house project management, general contracting, full scale remodel services and reconstruction services. We are BBB accredited and fully insured, and we stand behind our work with a one year warranty on all complete systems.
Most exterior problems are related to poorly installed systems, missing flashing, or storm damage. So we try to educate potential customers, even the ones who do not hire us, so they know whether a contractor is installing a system correctly and using the right materials for it.
That is why several of the reviews on this page are from people who never became clients. It is also why our estimates explain what is behind the wall rather than just what goes on it.
Over the years we have built long standing relationships with local professionals who share our standards, which is what makes a design and build project run without gaps.
We also have extensive experience working alongside insurance companies and coordinating with state, city and county agencies through permitting, inspections and final approvals.
